Our team integrates seamlessly into a project at any stage to provide guidance, co-ordination, expert advice, leadership and assistance. We can lay the initial groundwork for a successful project, step in to gain control of a project if issues arise and help developers restructure and recover following an undesirable outcome.
Keystone takes a pragmatic approach to project management and champions flexibility and adaptability to meet the constantly changing requirements of construction and development projects and deliver successful outcomes.
Team
David Seeney - Director
David has 17 years experience in the property development and construction industry with extensive experience in holistic project management of complex projects. He is a licensed builder and adjudicator who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management and Master’s Degree in Business Administration. David’s experience as builder, developer and project manager ensures he is thorough, precise, fair and pragmatic.
Miranda Seeney – Design Manager
Miranda is an interior designer with 15 years’ experience in residential design and has the ability to understand and appreciate spacial concepts and smart design. Stemming from her Diploma of Interior Technology, she is competent in design and detailing using ArchiCAD and AutoCAD software. Miranda uses her design ability to communicate concepts and client briefs clearly, concisely and effectively.
Wes Press – Project Manager
Wes utilises his 12 years’ experience in the residential property industry to communicate with and co-ordinate all stakeholders of a project. From a base of working as a real estate agent, he identifies the gaps in processes and communication to ensure project momentum is maintained. Wes is a strong client relationship manager with an ability to piece together the many pieces of the construction process.
